Name: Ping Pong
Adoption Fee: 1500

Description:

Ping is a 6 Y/O TB gelding. He has a small white spot on his forehead, two white socks hind and is blood bay in color. He stands at 16 hands.

He likes people, has good manners, a good temperament, respect's handler's space, high energy, quiet in stall, ties, cross ties, clips, bathes, good alone or w/other horses, leads quietly, can catch in open field and is low in the pecking order.

He is current on all vaccinations, dental care, farrier care and his donor reports that he is good with all.

Ping was imported from Argentina as a Grand Prix prospect by an International professional. He has had some experience in the Low Jumper arena. His donor states that Ping has lots of talent and potential. he is very athletic and quick and has superb jumping ability and stamina.

His donor also states that Ping has been through a lot in his 6 years of life. He needs a very understanding and patient environment in order to thrive. He is a very sweet horse and she believes the less he is pressured, the more he will accomplish.

Professions his donor feels he can do now or with training are Huntseat on the flat, Equitation over fences, Low Level Dressage, trail Riding, Low Level Jumping, Low Level Eventing, Lesson or School horse.

We have had the pleasure of really getting to know Ping for the past few months and he is truly an amazing horse! He is very sweet, loving and tries very hard to please. Our trainer states that he is an awesome ride! This is an incredible opportunity for a very lucky adopter!

The recommended level of handler on ground is an advanced beginner and the level of recommended rider is a novice/training eventer.

Name: Dermott Moon
Adoption Fee: 2500

Description:

Dermott is a 6 Y/O Irish Sport Horse gelding and is in the Irish Draught Registry. He stands at 17.1 hands, is liver chestnut in color with a full blaze and 4 white stockings.

He likes people, has good manners, a good temperament, respects handlers space, confident, low energy/laid back, smart, quiet in stall, ties, cross ties, clips, bathes, is good alone or with other horses, leads quietly, can catch in open field, good with children and is high on the pecking order (his donor notes he can be pushy, usually the Alpha).

Dermott is current on all vaccinations, dental and farrier. His donor states he is good for all.

Dermott was born with enlarged navicular channels in right front. He has had a partial neurectomy for treating navicular. His shoeing requirements will be very important. His toes must be kept back and he must have proper heal support.

His donor notes that Dermott loves to work but has limitations due to navicular. ABSOLUTELY NO JUMPING! She adds that there is not a mean bone in his body, however, he enjoys a fun frisky buck every now and then! Dermott loves people and loves LOTS of attention. He will be limited in work due to his navicular. Light trail riding and a good regime using bute should keep him very comfortable.

We have had the privilege of getting to know this guy for the past month and he is a total love! He is a total "in your pocket" horse and has to know everything you are doing - he even tries to help clean his own stall! He especially likes stealing kisses from one of the foals.

Name: Paularee Bell
Adoption Fee: 2000

Description:

Roy is a 19 Y/O AQHA gelding. He stands at 14.3 hands, is chestnut in color and has a star with no other markings.

He likes people, has good manners, a good temperament, respect's his handlers space, confident, low energy/laid back, smart, quiet in stall, good alone or with other horses, leads quietly, can catch in open field, low in pecking order and is good with children.

Roy is current with all vaccinations, dental care and farrier care. His donor reports that he is good for all. The donor also states that sometimes Roy has a slight colicky reaction with shots, but has never colicked. Roy does have anhydrosis, so a cooler climate is a must for him. He also has allergies to dust. Both conditions are currently being controlled by medication.

Roy's donor states he is gentle, an easy keeper, willing and brave. He has Evented up to training and most recently was used for beginner/novice eventing, training level Dressage, Pony Club Rallies and clinics. His donor states Roy has always been a young girl's pony and has always been in Pony Club. She would ideally like to have him in a similar situation.

He currently is being ridden 3 to 5 times a week. Professions best suited for Roy at this time are Trail Riding, Equitation over fences, Hunter over fences, Low Level Dressage, Low Level Jumping, Low Level Eventing, Pony Club or 4-H. His donor feels Roy could be a lesson or School Horse, but does prefer he goes to a child or smaller adult who will ride him in a one on one situation.

We have had the pleasure of getting to know Roy for the past month. He is a very safe pony who thrives on attention - especially the attention of children. We have yet to see any soundness issues or nasty behavior from Roy. He is a very pleasant horse to have in the barn. This is another wonderful little guy who will make a young child or small adult a very safe mount.

Minimum level of handler on the ground is beginner. Minimum level of rider is advanced beginner or D-2 to C-1 Pony Clubber.
